State Executive Council

Florida FCCLA’s State Executive Council is a group of elected students who serve as the representative body of the state association. Members of the council are elected annually at the State Leadership Conference.

Alice François

STATE PRESIDENT

At-Large
Alice François is serving Florida FCCLA as the State President. She is an active member of her school’s weightlifting team, track team, and Student Government. Alice loves the travel and networking opportunities presented to her via FCCLA. Alice has gained the confidence to be an advocate and voice for her ideas through FCCLA. She hopes to make this year incredible and meet as many members as possible.


Chelsea Edenfield

STATE PRESIDENT-ELECT

At-Large
Chelsea Edenfield is serving Florida FCCLA as the State President-Elect. This is her fifth year in FCCLA and has previously served as a Chapter Vice President and District Secretary. Chelsea is also actively involved in FCA, Sr. Beta Club, volleyball, softball, and other leadership development opportunities. She enjoys shopping, traveling, and making new friends in her free time. After graduating high school, Chelsea hopes to become an athletic trainer.


Isabella Smith

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF JUNIOR RELATIONS

At-Large
Isabella Smith is serving Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Junior Relations. She is an 8th grader at Progress Village Middle Magnet School of the Arts. This is her third year in FCCLA. In her free time, Isabella enjoys the performing arts. She is extremely excited to meet all Florida FCCLA members, especially the middle schoolers!


Kathryn Barth

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF MANAGEMENT

District I, Region I
Kathryn Barth is serving Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Management. She is currently a freshman at Altha Public School. Apart from FCCLA, she plays volleyball and is involved in National Beta Club, FCA, and other extracurriculars. She enjoys listening to music and doing artsy things!


Valeria Lozada

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF CAREERS AND ALUMNI

District IV, Region II
Valeria Lozada is serving Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Careers and Alumni. She is a first-year FCCLA member. Outside of FCCLA, she is the President of her school’s Spanish National Honor Society and a dual-enrollment student at Orange Technical College. Her hobbies include working out and doing nails. She hopes one day to own her own beauty salon.


Gabriel Long

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE and PARLIAMENTARY LAW

District VI, Region III
Gabe Long is serving Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Community Service and Parliamentary Law. He is a two-year FCCLA member and the President-Elect of his FCCLA Chapter. Gabe is a kicker on his school’s football team and works as an ambassador for his school’s business program. He enjoys weightlifting, running, and hanging out with friends in his free time.


Andrea Mondragon

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

District VII, Region IV
Andrea Mondragon is serving Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Public Relations. This is her fourth year in FCCLA. She is a junior at Lakewood Ranch High School and is the president of her FCCLA chapter. Throughout her years in FCCLA, she has taken advantage of leadership opportunities and competed in three STAR events. Outside of FCCLA, she has been playing the violin in her school’s orchestra for six years. She loves listening to music and picking up new instruments to learn.


State Officer Request

Florida FCCLA State Officers and Staff are available to represent the State Association at your events, meetings, workshops, and everything in between! Officers and Staff may coordinate with you to visit in-person or through virtual events. Please complete the form below to request State Officer participation at your event.
