Payton Thomas

STATE PRESIDENT

At-Large
Payton Thomas is currently serving Florida FCCLA as the State President. She is a Senior  at Middleburg High School and is now going into her sixth year of FCCLA. In her free time, she likes reading and playing on her school’s soccer and tennis team. Her favorite part of FCCLA involves networking with her fellow members and using elevator speeches to teach people about FCCLA.


 

Isabella Jackson

STATE PRESIDENT-ELECT

At-Large
Isabella Jackson is honored to serve as your State President-Elect for the 2026-2027 year. A rising junior at Gaither High School, she  balances her academic goals with her passion for leadership. Outside of her responsibilities with FCCLA, she truly enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends. What she loves most about FCCLA is the way it empowers students to find their unique voices while making a positive impact on their communities.

 

Harper Henson

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF JUNIOR RELATIONS

At-Large
Harper Henson is honored to serve Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Junior Relations. As a rising eighth grader, she enjoys dancing, trying new foods, and spending time with friends. Through FCCLA, Harper has developed valuable leadership skills and built meaningful connections with members from across the state. Her favorite part of FCCLA is meeting new people, growing as a leader, and creating lasting memories through chapter and state events.


Johnny Johnson

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF MANAGEMENT

District I, Region I
Johnny Johnson serves as Florida FCCLA’s State Vice President of Management. He is a rising senior at Altha Public School and a proud fifth-year FCCLA member. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, spending time with friends, and meeting new people. Through FCCLA, Johnny values the opportunities to grow as a leader, advocate for others, and build connections with members from across the state.


Callie Brewer

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF CAREERS & ALUMNI

District V, Region III
Serving as your  Florida State Vice President of Careers & Alumni, Callie Brewer is  a rising senior.  She loves staying involved within her school. Her hobbies include choir, playing flag football, cheer, weightlifting, and of course FCCLA! Callie’s favorite thing about FCCLA is how connected everyone is and all of the friends you make within it.  


Layla Woodruff

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

District III, Region II
A student at Sandalwood High school, Layla Woodruff is passionate about culinary arts, leadership, and creativity. Along with being involved in FCCLA, she is active in athletics and enjoys being part of team-centered environments. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking, creating content, and supporting her school’s basketball and football teams. FCCLA has helped Layla build confidence, strengthen her leadership skills, and connect with members across the state. She loves encouraging others, trying new things, and making meaningful connections.


Taylor Hall

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PARLIAMENTARY LAW

District I, Region I

Representing Region IV, Taylor Hall is proud to serve Florida FCCLA as the Vice President of Parliamentary Law. A rising junior at Altha Public School, she enjoys golfing, painting, and being actively involved in school events. Through FCCLA, Taylor has had the opportunity to connect with members from across the state while developing her leadership and communication skills. Her favorite part of FCCLA is meeting new people, building lasting friendships, and growing as a leader through new experiences.


Nour Dahhani

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE

District III, Region II –

Representing Region V, Nour Dahhani serves as Florida FCCLA’s Vice President of Community Service. A rising senior and Student Athletic Trainer at Sandalwood High School, she enjoys baking and spending time with family and friends. Nour values FCCLA for the opportunities it provides to serve her community, develop leadership skills, and connect with members from across the state. 


Madison Goodwin

NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCE

Madison Goodwin is serving as the FCCLA National Vice President of Finance; representing the state of Florida. She is a senior at Lakewood Ranch High School and has been actively involved in FCCLA for four years, previously holding the roles of Florida FCCLA State President-Elect and State President. Her leadership journey within the organization has provided her with invaluable growth, from personal development to forming lifelong friendships. Beyond FCCLA, Madison is the captain of the varsity swim team, a member of the varsity tennis team, and is actively involved in Student Government, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the National Honor Society. After graduation, Madison plans to pursue a degree in physical sciences with the goal of becoming a pediatric physical therapist, combining her passion for healthcare with her desire to make a lasting impact on the lives of children.

Meagan Henson

Mrs. Meagan Henson, is serving Florida FCCLA as the 2025-2026 Leadership Coordinator. She brings years of experience with Florida FCCLA as a previous member and officer, and now is now also a Chapter Adviser. She has served as the State Competitive Events Coordinator, Board of Directors Member, and District Adviser. Her role this year is to provide support to the State Executive Council and assist with coordinating activities, programs, conferences, and managing the day-to-day operations of the State Officers.


State Officer Request

Florida FCCLA State Officers and Staff are available to represent the State Association at your events, meetings, workshops, and everything in between! Officers and Staff may coordinate with you to visit in-person or through virtual events. Please complete the form below to request State Officer participation at your event.
