State Executive Council

Florida FCCLA’s State Executive Council is a group of elected students who serve as the representative body of the state association. Members of the council are elected annually at the State Leadership Conference.

Madison Goodwin

STATE PRESIDENT

At-Large
Madison Goodwin is serving Florida FCCLA as the State President. She is a senior at Lakewood Ranch High School. Outside of the red blazer, she is the captain of her school’s varsity swim team and a member of the varsity tennis team. She is also an active member in NHS, FCA and Student Government. In her four years of FCCLA, she has most enjoyed networking and traveling. Madison’s favorite memory is from the National Leadership Conference in Seattle when she had the opportunity to attend the Mariners game with her friends! After high school, she plans to major in exercise science and pursue a degree in sports medicine.


Payton Thomas

STATE PRESIDENT-ELECT

At-Large
Payton Thomas is currently serving Florida FCCLA as the State President-Elect. She is a Junior at Middleburg High School and is now going into her fifth year of FCCLA. In her free time, she likes reading and playing on her school’s soccer and tennis team. Her favorite part of FCCLA involves networking with her fellow members and using elevator speeches to teach people about FCCLA.



Astrid Walton

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF JUNIOR RELATIONS

At-Large
Astrid Walton is serving Florida FCCLA as the State Vice President of Junior Relations. She is a freshman at Ponce de Leon High School and a third year member. In her free time, Astrid enjoys playing volleyball, skateboarding, and Drama. Astrid feels safe in this organization. Through FCCLA, she has already made many new friends. 


Noëlle Paulo

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF CAREERS & ALUMNI

District I, Region I
Noëlle Paulo is serving Florida FCCLA as the State Vice President of Careers & Alumni. She is a senior at Holmes County High School, where she is a fourth year FCCLA member, a Varsity cheerleader, member of the girl’s weightlifting team, and National BETA Club. Noëlle has gained confidence, as well as friendships, through advocating with FCCLA on the State Executive Council. Apart from FCCLA, she likes to go to the beach and spend time with friends. Her plans after graduation include attending her local community college, obtain an AA in Nursing, then furthering her education at the University of Alabama to get her RN-BSN to become a Pediatric Nurse.


Destiny Thompson

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PARLIAMENTARY LAW

District VI, Region III
Destiny Thompson serves Florida FCCLA as the State Vice President of Parliamentary Law. A sophomore from Tampa Bay Tech, Destiny enjoys swimming, traveling, and shopping. Her favorite parts of  FCCLA include traveling, competing in events, meeting new people, and participating in the National Leadership Conference each year.


Alyssa Morell

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF MANAGEMENT

District III, Region II
Alyssa Morell is serving Florida FCCLA as the State Vice President of Management. She is a junior at Sandalwood High School. Her favorite memories of FCCLA include spending time with her local FCCLA chapter in fun activities ranging from cornhole to karaoke. After graduation, Alysssa plans to pursue a degree in the medical field. 


Kayla Goodwin

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF COMMUNITY SERVICE

District VII, Region IV
Kayla Goodwin is serving as the Florida FCCLA State Vice President of Community Service. As a sophomore at Lakewood Ranch High School, Kayla enjoys reading, writing, and drawing. She is a member of the Swim Team, Track and Field, and Weightlifting Team. Her favorite FCCLA memory happened when she realized she had earned a spot at the National Leadership Conference this summer with her friend. 


Spencer O’Bryan

STATE VICE PRESIDENT OF PUBLIC RELATIONS

District I, Region I – Representing Region V
Spencer O’Bryan is serving as the Florida FCCLA State Vice President of Public Relations. As a junior at Altha Public School, Spencer enjoys playing music and traveling. He is a member of the Weightlifting Team as well. His favorite FCCLA memory is becoming a state officer and winning the state pin design. After graduation, he plans to go to ministry school and earn a degree in Biblical Theology.

Florida FCCLA State Officers and Staff are available to represent the State Association at your events, meetings, workshops, and everything in between! Officers and Staff may coordinate with you to visit in-person or through virtual events. Please complete the form below to request State Officer participation at your event.
