Fall Leadership Conference gives Florida FCCLA members the opportunity to come together and develop their leadership skills through activities that promote networking, team-building, confidence, and stepping out of our comfort zones!

Conference Checklist

Register for the Conference
To register your Chapter, download the Registration Form. Each chapter in attendance must bring at least 1 Member and 1 Adviser. The maximum attendees per chapter is 6 Members and 1 Adviser. When registering, ensure that each BLUE field in the “Chapter Information” section is complete. All BLUE fields for the Adviser and each Student must show 100% completion in order for your registration to be properly processed. No invoice will be sent – all information from the “Main Registration” sheet will auto-populate into the “Invoice” sheet for you. If you wish to pay through Credit Card, a 3% fee will be added – you will receive a payment link to the email provided within 72 hours. For any registration inquiries/questions, email info@flfccla.org. All registrations are processed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once capacity has been reached, further registrations may not be processed.
All registrations must be submitted via the Registration Form to info@flfccla.org no later than 12:00 PM EST on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. No changes may be made after 5:00 PM EST on the same day.

Pack Your Bags!
As you pack, please note the following items that we encourage you to bring:
- Jacket (it may get cold!)
- FCCLA Shirts / Accessories
** Student attendees are REQUIRED to bring their own twin-XL-size bedding/sheets/pillows for the dorm-style bunking accommodations. Bedding/sheets/pillows are provided for Adult attendees.

Once you register, more information will be shared via Email to attendees and advisers. This includes information about travel, accessibility, rooming, waivers, etc.

Required Forms
All Student Attendees are required to submit the Student Attendee “2024 Florida FCCLA Fall Leadership Conference Medical Release & Activity Waiver Form“.
All Adviser Attendees are required to submit the Adult Adviser Attendee “2024 Florida FCCLA Fall Leadership Conference Medical Release & Activity Waiver Form“.
All Attendees are required to submit the “2024 Florida FCCLA Fall Leadership Conference Participation Guidelines Agreement“
All forms must be completed in their entirety and submitted as a scanned PDF to info@flfccla.org no later than October 1, 2024. It is the responsibility of the chapter adviser and/or adult in attendance with the students to collect and ensure all forms are filled out. The State Office will not be held liable for any forms not completed. Forms not received by the State Office will be assumed that the chapter has all completed forms.
